The first day dedicated to the meeting with our SATs from central-northern Italy ended last Thursday. It was a pleasure for us to be able to host at our headquarters in Campodarsego all the men and women who work alongside us constantly to satisfy the needs and solve the problems of our customers.
The event was inaugurated by the owner, President Dr. Filippo Pancolini and CEO Eng. Riccardo Pancolini, with the presence of Commercial Director Eng. Maria Elisa Mason and our Italian Sales Manager Massimo Montagnoli, and had a triple purpose: to present the new Unitech division dedicated to after-sales assistance and customer care , to show the latest innovations created in the CIB Unigas R&D laboratory and, above all, to have an opportunity to meet and share.
After the greeting and presentation of the new products, the technicians had the chance to physically visit the laboratory and test the latest CIB Unigas innovations first-hand. Afterwards, they visited various departments that make up our headquarters, showing them how the burner design and production process takes place.
The event will be followed by another similar one for our SATs in central-southern Italy, to strengthen our collaboration and presence in the area.
